Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These terms govern your use of CorPrep (the “Service”, at corprep.co.uk). The Service is operated by Synen Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16545765), registered office 60 Vicarage Farm Road, Hounslow, England, TW5 0AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use CorPrep. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, keep one account per person, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You can close your account at any time by contacting us at that address.
3. What CorPrep is
CorPrep provides original practice materials (aptitude and psychometric practice tests, gamified cognitive exercises, job-simulation exercises and interview practice) designed to help you prepare for the assessments used in graduate and professional recruitment.
4. Important: nature of the materials, and no guarantee
Our materials are independently created practice replicas that emulate the format and style of real assessments. They are not the real tests, and they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any test publisher (including, without limitation, SHL, Pymetrics, HireVue, Aon/cut-e, Revelian, Saville, Kenexa, Cubiks, Talent Q, Hogan, Thomas, Matrigma or Pearson) or any employer named anywhere on the Service. All product names, company names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only nominatively, to describe the assessments and employers you may be preparing for.
Real assessment formats change without notice, and results on CorPrep do not predict or guarantee your results on any real test. Using CorPrep does not guarantee any job, interview, assessment result, or other outcome. Always follow the instructions in your own official invitation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share the Service’s content outside your personal preparation;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access or extract the Service or its content;
- share your account, or use the Service to build or train a competing product;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- use the Service unlawfully, or in any way that harms us or other users.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, design and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Synen Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own preparation. No other rights are granted.
7. Your content
Any video or audio you record in the interview-practice feature stays on your own device and is not uploaded to us (see our Privacy Policy). For any other content you submit to us, you grant us a limited licence to use it only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
8. Subscriptions, fees and payment
8.1 Plans and prices
Parts of the Service are available on a paid subscription. Our standard prices are £15 per month or £40 every three months. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may offer discounted rates through referral or promotional links; where we do, the discounted price is shown to you before you pay and is the price that applies for as long as that subscription continues without interruption.
The exact amount you will be charged, and how often, is always displayed on the checkout page before you confirm. That displayed amount takes precedence over any price listed elsewhere on the site.
8.2 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel, your subscription will continue and we will take payment at the start of each billing period (every month for a monthly plan, or every three months for a three-month plan) using the payment method you provided. This continues until you cancel.
8.3 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
8.4 Your 14-day right to cancel
As a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the day your subscription starts to change your mind and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Because the Service is made available to you immediately on payment, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins straight away. Where you have used the Service during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period you had access before cancelling. To exercise this right, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment; you do not need to give a reason.
8.5 Refunds outside the 14-day period
After the 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remainder of that period. This does not affect your legal rights: if the Service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
8.6 Price changes
We may change our prices. If we do, the new price will not affect the billing period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before it applies to a renewal, so that you can cancel first if you prefer. If your subscription lapses and you later return, the price then current will apply rather than any earlier or promotional rate.
8.7 Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for what payment-related information we do hold.
8.8 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be taken, the subscription may be cancelled. You remain able to use any part of the Service that is free of charge.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and improving, but we may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update these terms; when we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date, and your continued use means you accept the revised terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these terms, including any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so: this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of opportunity, loss of a job or assessment outcome, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time, and can ask us to close your account and delete your data by contacting [email protected].
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
